Born and raised in upstate New York, Dr. DiLorenzo completed his undergraduate training at Northeastern University in Boston where he obtained a B.S. in biology. Following a year of working as a technician, he pursued his dream of becoming a veterinarian at Ross University on the island of St. Kitts, West Indies.
After almost 3 years of living on the island, Dr. DiLorenzo finished his clinical year of veterinary school at Cornell University in his home state of New York, graduating with high honors.
Following veterinary school, Dr. DiLorenzo worked as an emergency veterinarian briefly before continuing his education in the form of an internship right here in San Diego. He is very excited to remain here in Southern California and practice high quality medicine with the rest of the staff at AUC.
In his free time, Dr. DiLorenzo enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, surfing, soccer and spending time with his 7 year old mutt and 1 eyed kitten.
